Sotida Solutions – Terms & Conditions


Welcome to Sotida Solutions. By booking our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to protect both our clients and our team, and to ensure a smooth and professional experience.

1.
Bookings & Access
·    All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
·    Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed time. If our team is unable to enter due to lack of access, a call-out fee may apply.
2.
Payments
·    Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
·    We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payments.
·    For regular services, payment may be required in advance or on a recurring billing cycle.
3.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
·    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
·    Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking cost.
4.
Scope of Work
·    Sotida Solutions will perform services as agreed during the booking (e.g., standard clean, deep clean, move-in/out clean, car wash).
·    Any additional tasks not included in the booking may incur extra charges and must be approved before work begins.
5.
Customer Satisfaction
·    If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
·    Re-cleans or adjustments are offered at our discretion and are only applicable if reported promptly by email stating your details , Post code, phone number, time and day  job was done and what should be done better.
6.
Health & Safety
·    Our staff are trained and follow health and safety procedures.
·    We reserve the right to refuse or stop work in cases where there are unsafe or hazardous conditions (e.g., excessive mold, biohazards, unsafe pets).
7.
Staff Conduct & Property Protection
·    Sotida Solutions staff are properly vetted and trained to behave professionally at all times.
·    Staff members are instructed not to leave the property with any item that does not belong to them.
·    It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they check for any missing items while our staff are still on the premises.
·    Sotida Solutions will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or misplacement of property after our staff have completed their work and left the premises.
8.
Property & Valuables
·    Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items prior to our arrival.
·    While we take care to avoid damage, accidents may occur. We will not be held liable as well.
9.
Supplies & Equipment
·    We provide our own cleaning products and tools unless the client requests otherwise.
·    If using the client’s products or tools, Sotida Solutions is not responsible for their performance or condition.
10.
Privacy & Confidentiality
·    All client information is kept private and used solely for communication and service delivery purposes.
11.
Changes to Terms
·    Sotida Solutions reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients.
